Connection
How do I arrange my connection?
It's very simple: request your new connection online (only available in Dutch and French), or call the Energy Line 078 35 33 33 (local rate).
Who do I contact in the event of a defect or interruptions in my power supply?
Contact your distribution network operator (your former intercommunal company). They are responsible for the management and maintenance of the distribution system and thus for the continuity of your energy supply. They will sort out your problem.
In case of problems, call one of the following numbers:
