Welcoming and informative, our three shops in Namur, Brussels and Antwerp have been created to meet your needs.
Our energy advisor answers all your questions in a personalised manner. They supply you with all the information you need about our products and services. You can, of course, also perform classic operations such as a change of address or contract modifications.
Our shops are open all day, without interruption, from 09.00 to 18.00, Monday to Friday, and from 10.00 to 18.00 on Saturday.

Furthermore, there are 40 dedicated desks in bpost Post Offices, ready and waiting for you. Or of course, you can drop into one of the three Electrabel Shops.
